3~27M Rub-welding Machine for Aluminum Profile
Components: Storage rack, feeding roll, rub welder, outlet roll, cutting saw, hydraulic and electrical equipment etc. The body machine includes pinching unit, welding unit, internal positioning unit, external positioning unit and synchro-transportation set.
Technical character: the rub welding machine is used for the connection of light alloy material (aluminum, copper, magnesium, zinc etc). This new welding method has unique advantage comparing with other welding method in regards to welding method, dynamic property and production efficiency. During the welding process, no inert gas and welding rod is required, no melting, smoke, splash and arc lights generated. It is a very environmental friendly connection.
Production method and scope: Production is controlled through PLC, beeline connection and welding, it is mainly used for the welding process of 3-26m, 400-3500mm, 10-150mm large aluminum profile or plate.
Application: The profile welded are widely used for the train, ship and air space products.
