This equipment is used to rewind the scrap aluminum sheet cutting down from thin gauge slitter then press to ¦µ900mm*900mm aluminum coil for the convenience of recycling, loading, storing and transportation, ( can be tailor made based on customer requirement).
The scrap sheet from thin gauge slitter is send to the coiler for winding with a pressing roll assisting the pressing. With the growing of the coil size, the pressing roll moves out while maintaining some pressure. When the coil size arrives to the preset size, the coiled scrap will be unloaded from the line. |
