Used for handling scrap coils from Cold Mill, Foil Mill or Slitting lines. It helps separate aluminum drum and scrap coil, which allows the recycling of aluminum scrap and free the drum for reusing. Manpower are replaced by machine with highly improved production efficiency.
It can also be used for the rewinding of good quality coil from large size scrap coil.
The machine mainly consists of two parts, the uncoiler and coiler. A down gear motor provide force to a cylinder to push the moving of the mandrel. The tension control is achieved by a magnetic-powder arrester.
